Poly mags do fit tight, do not use as a templet! Surplus mags are not supposed to fit like OJs glove, they need a little room, not much. Touch up with cold blue when your done.

Oh Shoot. My two WASR 10s' are paper plate accurate up to 200 yards with 4x scope, torso accurate to that distance with irons (200 is as far as I get to test). Would think 10/63 would be about same unless rifling is quite worn. A lot of the lack of pinpoint accuracy is due to just the cheap Russian steel ammo.
