Hello I have a Honeywell T4 Pro that was flashing "Cool On" on the right side of the screen. Nothing seems to help I did replace the batteries and it stopped blinking and now it is solid "Cool On" When I run the test it does kick the AC on. So the AC itself is fine. It seems like it is something with the thermostat. It has fresh batteries.
