The latest version runs on my Windows 10 PC, but for some reason it can only access 64 kbps of bandwidth - hence the video and audio is very choppy. I have tried everything, but cannot find what setting/ parameter is forcing the 64 kbps limit. Give the hopper a day or two to get the locals on there since you switched to the Hopper 3. It took a week for me to get mine to settle down and work properly with DISH Anywhere. But if still a problem you might try a phone call to the tech dept at DISH.
