Oct 16, 2021 · The AC in our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica is not working. After taking it to the dealership and they had it for over 72 hours they determined that it is not a leak or freon issue. They said that the ambient temperature sensor is reading 15-20 degrees too high. When i set it to 72 or so for just a room temp feel, hot air more like 80, comes out. I have to put it under 68 to have cold air come out, but it comes out freezing.
