The dual wielder feat is bad for a dex based character. Being able to off-hand a normal weapon instead of a light weapon means one of your two weapons get +1 damage on average. You also get +1 AC. Or, you could just take a dex ASI which will also get you that AC, +1 damage to both weapons instead of just one, and then a whole lot more.

Some ways to do that: 1.) justicar’s gloves 1-4 necrotic. 2.) a ring that adds 2 acid. 3.) dual wield mastery applying mastery to both strikes. 4.) a paladin can apply a charge that gives damage per attack, for 2 turns.
