The barrel on the X-Macro Comp is the same 3.1 inch as the original standard model. It does not extend to the end of the slide so comp cuts on the slide are beyond the barrel and does act as a comp. Rather than screwing a comp on the end of a threaded barrel, in the XMacro Comp it is built into the slide.

G19 will be easier to shoot well than a regular P365 because the grip is significantly larger, it weighs more, and has longer sight radius. P365 will be easier to conceal. Glock 19 is larger than the P365 Macro (largest in the series). Regular P365 is smaller than the Glock 43. Those are the comparisons you should make, imo.

I'd probably go with the Comp'd Macro if money isn't the biggest deal. Macro TACOPS if you want the extra accessories and two extra mags (better deal than the comp'd version). XL if you want to print less and save ~$200.
