It's been a thing since Biotech launched. The one issue with it (in my mind) is that if the mother has endogenes the game seems to assume the father is still 100% baseliner, meaning that her kid will probably have half her endogenes.

Yeah I think this strat seriously underestimates the positive mood boosts you can get from properly taking care of a baby. Pregnancy failed due to metabolic efficiency - how to disable this?? I've been breeding OP genes in my colony since the DLC dropped. But now all of a sudden *all* pregnancies are failing due to metabolic efficiency. My colonists are at exactly 225% hunger. Is the limit 200%?
