What i meant is simple, voice acting isn't a necessary factor in killing a game. It can obviously affect production, but that's secondary to the point at hand. If you have surround sound enabled but don't actually have a surround speaker set up, the game tries to put the voice acting channel to a speaker that doesn't exist.
