Cream-api is the original, and then people made utilities to make installing it easier since, originally, you had to mess with a txt and configure it yourself. I'd recommend using either autocreamapi or creaminstaller, more so creaminstaller since it also has other dlc unlockers built-in, but isn't as easy as autoceamapi to use. ... im new with the cream api.
