Jan 15, 2024 · Uverse not available on wifi driven box in other room. Wired boxes were working, then froze and stopped working. Open smart manager rebooted gateway didn't fix problem. Uverse been out since yesterday 1/14/2024. Called ATT automated system no help. In Huntsville Alabama. Wifi works but Uverse doesn't. Rebooting resulted in the " U-verse is not available at this time" message which continued after several more reboot attempts. Eventually swapped out the wireless receiver (Cisco silver) for a known to be working receiver from another room (Cisco black). The results were the same.
