Edit: Okay I managed to make it work, TL;DR the issue was caused by Dice so Nice and it was fixed by checking the Display chat message immediately in Dice so Nice Module Settings. I think the issue is that Monk's Token Bar may not call the portions of the API that MIDI QOL is listening for.
